You are allergic to any ingredient in Nifedipine. Contact your doctor or health care provider right away if any of these apply to you. Adalat is specially formulated for treatment of conditions such as: hypertension (high blood pressure) , Angina (chest pain) . Inform your doctor if you are suffering from any of the conditions below before deciding to take Adalat: Kidney or liver disease , Other heart or blood vessel diseases such as sick sinus syndrome, aortic stenosis, heart failure, low blood pressure, or coronary artery disease . It may not be advisable to take Adalat. You may also be given dosage adjustments or may be required to undergo special monitoring during the treatment period with Adalat.
